Privacy Policy
Mindful Path Company, LLC (“we”) operates the UEFN Ducky website and the UEFN Ducky desktop app. This policy explains what information those products handle and what we do with it.
UEFN Ducky is not affiliated with Epic Games, Unreal Engine, or Fortnite. There is no official UEFN Ducky or DuckyOS cryptocurrency. Coins on pump.fun, bump.fun, or similar sites are unofficial.
Account on this site
If you create an account, we store the details you give us so you can sign in:
- Name and email address
- A password credential, or a linked sign-in method such as Discord
- Session records for the devices you stay signed in on
- Team membership if you join or create a team
You can review sign-in methods and sessions from your profile. To close an account or ask about the data we hold, use Support or Discord.
Messages and plugins
If you send feedback on the Support page, we keep that message so we can reply. If you publish a plugin or skill pack, we store the listing and files you upload so other people can install them.
The desktop app
UEFN Ducky runs on your computer. Projects, chats, and local diagnostics stay on that machine. The app is not a phone-home analytics product. It contacts our site when you sign in, download an update, or install a Store plugin.
Links you choose to open
Discord, GitHub, Patreon, and X are separate services. We link to them. Their own policies apply once you leave this site. Epic’s terms apply to UEFN itself, which you run on your own.
Cookies and sign-in
The site uses a session cookie so you stay signed in. We do not sell personal information, and we do not run third-party ad tracking.
Children
UEFN Ducky is not directed at children. Do not create an account if you are under the age required to use Fortnite and UEFN in your country.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. The rules for using the site and app are in the Terms of Service.
