Terms of Service
These terms cover the UEFN Ducky website and official builds of the UEFN Ducky desktop app, operated by Mindful Path Company, LLC. By using the site or an official build, you agree to them.
The site and the app
You may use the website and official app builds for personal or commercial work, including shipping UEFN islands. The app is source-available, not an OSI open-source license. You may read the source, run official builds, and contribute back. You may not redistribute, resell, or reuse the app in another product without written permission.
The UEFN Ducky name, logo, and duck mascot belong to Mindful Path Company, LLC. Store plugins keep the license shown on each listing and in that plugin’s repository.
Your account
You are responsible for the email, password, and linked sign-in on your account, and for activity under that account. Do not share your sign-in or impersonate someone else.
Publishing
Plugins and skill packs you submit follow the publishing guidelines. We may refuse or remove a listing that breaks those guidelines or these terms.
Purchases, subscriptions and refunds
Paid plans renew each month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time in Account → Membership, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for; partial periods aren't refunded. If a payment fails, paid features pause until it goes through: update your card or pay the open invoice in Account → Membership. Upgrades apply right away and you're charged the prorated difference; downgrades apply at your next renewal. Store items sold by teams are final sale; only the selling team can refund them, within 14 days of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe.
What you may not do
- Ship malware, credential theft, or anything meant to harm someone else’s machine or account
- Impersonate UEFN Ducky, Mindful Path Company, LLC, or Epic Games
- Claim an unofficial coin, token, or fee share is official. There is no official UEFN Ducky or DuckyOS cryptocurrency
- Scrape accounts or interfere with the site
UEFN Ducky is not affiliated with Epic Games, Unreal Engine, or Fortnite. UEFN and Fortnite content stay under Epic’s own terms.
As-is
The site and app are provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that every build will fit every island. To the extent the law allows, Mindful Path Company, LLC is not liable for lost work, lost profits, or damages arising from use of the site or app.
Stopping use
You may stop using UEFN Ducky at any time. We may suspend an account or a plugin listing that breaks these terms. Questions go to Support or Discord.
